Blackboard/Software Specialist

The College’s Information Technology Department (IT) also anticipates an opening for  an individual to provide software support to students and faculty on its Blackboard course platform, its student learning assessment software, PASS-PORT, and some of its other instructional technologies. The candidate should have prior knowledge and experience with course platforms and providing tech support to users.
