There are some really special events that occur annually at this small College. Induction into the Five Towns College Phi Sigma Eta Honor Society is one of those incredibly proud and memorable ceremonies.

This year, forty-four (44) Five Towns College students were inducted into Phi Sigma Eta based upon their academic excellence and demonstration of the highest attributes of humanity and scholarship. They worked hard during their college years and are very deserving of the recognition they received at this ceremony.

So, on Tuesday night April 12, 2016 the Crest Hollow Country Club in Woodbury, NY resounded in pride and happiness. The accomplishments of these stellar Five Towns College students were recognized. Here’s a shout out to FTC student Brittney Aiken for the beautiful performance of The Star Spangled Banner and to Trumpeters Michael Fenimore and Ryan Coreno. Of course, Chief Marshal, Ms. Georgia Salamina led the Processional.

Thank you to the Phi Sigma Eta Executive Committee for organizing a wonderful evening. Students, their families, faculty and staff enjoyed a lovely evening. It was great to celebrate these FTC students, listen to the wonderful a cappella music of Quintet, and, of course, hear great speeches from faculty and staff of all the terrific things these students have accomplished.

Congratulations to all the inductees!! FTC wishes you the best in all you do!!
