Christian Rosado graduated Five Towns College in 2012 with an Associate in Applied Science (A.A.S.) in Jazz/Commercial Music. Currently, he is an Entertainment Production Planner for the Walt Disney Company in Orlando, Florida. Christian and his team are responsible for all outside client events based in Disney’s Hollywood Studios and Disney’s Animal Kingdom. He handles labor requests from all technicians, gear orders, and AutoCAD requests from clients. During show days, he provides the leadership and support for tech crew and management during load-ins, show time and load-outs.
Prior to his role as Production Planner, Christian was employed as a live sound engineer and stage technician for the Walt Disney Company; he also worked doing related freelancing for several other companies. In these roles, he was responsible for operating audio consoles and programming, troubleshooting, and maintaining equipment for theatrical and live entertainment venues.
Christian has been lucky enough to work with many well-known artists and has been involved with the broadcasting of live events. He worked on projects that included the 16th American Idol winner, Maddie Poppe, the NFL Pro Bowl, and Broadway shows such as Hairspray and The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee.
