Residence Life Housing Costs

Residence Life
Costs, Fees and Expenses per Semester

 

  • Single Room                  $4,600/semester
  • Double Room               $3,700/semester
  • Meal Plan                        $2,500/semester
  • Dorm council fee          $60/semester
  • Housing Damage          $300 (This is paid at the initial housing agreement and refunded at end of academic year.)
  • Housing Deposit           $150 (Credited to housing fee)

 

THE REFUND SCHEDULE FOR ROOM AND BOARD IS:
The $150 Housing deposit is refundable until May 1st for the Fall Semester and January 2nd for the
Spring Semester.

A Completed Five Towns College (FTC) Housing Application Consists of the Following
(Please Read Carefully):

  1. Completed Five Towns College (FTC) Housing Application;
  2. Completed Residence Life Health Clearance Form (Additional to Admission Immunization);
  3. $150 Housing deposit; AND
  4. Copy of Course Registration (Full-time Status only).

PRIORITY FTC HOUSING DEADLINES:

  • April 15th for continuing students
  • June 30th for new students

Please note: Completion of the FTC Housing Application does not guarantee a student housing assignment.  In addition, single room requests are very limited and there is no guarantee that students who had one in the past will get one again nor can any student expect that single rooms are available. If a single room is available, a price adjustment will be made to your bursar account.
