Natasha Matallana graduated Five Towns College in 2005 with a B.P.S. in Business Management, Music Business. She was the Valedictorian of the Class of 2005, graduating summa cum laude distinction.
As Founder and President of Take 3 Talent, Natasha has been working in the entertainment arena for almost 15 years. In 2008, after working at Radio Disney, MTV and Product Model Management she launched Take 3 as a boutique full service platform for young artists looking for representation and development in the areas of television, film, and commercials. In 2012, Natasha strategically and successfully added multiple new divisions, creating a home for more established artists, and adding 18+ divisions in commercials, voiceover, television, film and theatre. In 2017, Take 3 Talent launched its comedy, branding, packaging and influencers divisions, making it a premiere full service talent agency.
Now celebrating its 10 year anniversary, clients include SAG Award Nominees, Drama Desk and Tony Award Winners, and more. Natasha oversees all divisions but manages TV/film/packaging for Take 3 Talent’s emerging young talent. Currently, Natasha manages the careers of Young Artist award winner; Quinn Mccolgan (Non-Stop, Mildred-Pierce, Extinction), Bailey Bass (Avatar Sequels), Curtiss Cook Jr. (CMP, Bull, Orange is the New Black, Power), Jillian Lebling (Bridge of Spies, NBC’s The Blacklist), Madison Lagares (On Your Feet!, Search Party, School of Rock on Broadway), Wolfgang Lacz (Kevin Can Wait, Jim Gaffigan Show), Nadia Affolter (Amazon’s Jack Ryan, The Blacklist), Tiffany Denise Hobbs (Waitress on Broadway), Jaylin Fletcher (Snowpiercer) and several more.
