I’m pleased to inform you that you have been accepted for admission to Five Towns College through the Arthur O. Eve Higher Education Opportunity Program (HEOP).

The Higher Education Opportunity Program is designed to provide both financial and educational support throughout your college career. I encourage you to take full advantage of the opportunities that this program offers. You will soon receive additional information from program staff that will address your responsibilities and other important details of being a program participant.

In order to reserve your place in our entering class, please complete the Acceptance Form online here, as soon as possible. I encourage you to submit your form today to become a part of the learning community at Five Towns College. Students are invited to meet with advising and register for classes in the order that forms are received. The Admissions and HEOP Offices will be in contact as soon as your spot in our upcoming semester is confirmed.
