Christian Nilsson graduated Five Towns College in 2010 with a B.F.A. in Film/Video. Christian is an Emmy Award-winning video journalist, Award-winning film director, and producer at BuzzFeed Motion Pictures.
The Long Island-native has produced and hosted nearly 3,000 videos for various outlets, which have been viewed more than 85 million times. His work has been featured on Esquire, The Huffington Post, The Atlantic, Vanity Fair, USA Today, New York Post, Elle, Entertainment Weekly, MTV, Time, AV Club, Food & Wine and others.
Christian’s short documentary for The Huffington Post, The Fight To Be The Oldest Bar in New York City, received an Emmy Award in 2017 for Best Historical Segment and his short film Excelsior won the 2017 Moët Moment Film Festival People’s Choice Award.
He is currently in pre-production for his first feature film, Westhampton.
