David Levy graduated cum laude from Five Towns College in 2017 with a Bachelor of Professional Studies degree (B.P.S.) in Business Management and a concentration in Music Business.
Currently, David serves as the Royalty & Data Manager for Primary Wave where he works with the iconic catalog of Whitney Houston, James Brown, Prince, Bob Marley, and Stevie Nicks, to name a few. In his day-to-day role, he is focused on helping Primary Wave understand how its catalog is performing and creating management reports that help steer the company’s marketing efforts. David was already familiar with Primary Wave because he had spent time there as an intern while attending FTC.
Previously, David worked in the Royalties Department at Entertainment One where he was responsible for mechanical royalties for eOne’s in-house and acquired labels. During that time, he worked with such clients as Dr. Dre, The Game, Wu-Tang Clan, and DJ Khaled.
David has been able to take his passion for music and data analysis and combine the two into a career that he has always been passionate about.
