The Career Services Center
The Five Towns College Career Services Center is staffed by knowledgeable and ambitious professionals who support students as they prepare and work to attain career-related goals. The Career Services Center staff offers one-on-one coaching in addition to workshops, programs and events. Outstanding resources are provided so that students receive the attention needed to succeed.
Moreover and specifically, career fairs, professional development workshops, individual appointments, guest speaker series, alumni panels, dining etiquette dinners, and networking events are some of the many programs offered to students and alumni. Students are encouraged to visit the Career Services Center once they have enrolled to explore all of the available opportunities.
Individual meetings with students on campus or via Zoom are offered. Contact the office for assistance with career counseling, internships, resume and cover letter review, interview preparation and practice, work study and community service opportunities, and professional career guidance and resources.

The Career Services Center has an impressive internship program that helps to place students in outstanding internship opportunities in the fall, spring and summer semesters. The Career Services staff maintains strong relationships with noted companies in the corporate, music and entertainment industries that provide internships and job opportunities for students and alumni. Universal, Sony Music, Warner Music, MTV, Vh-1, Clear Channel, NBC, ABC, Atlantic Records, Z100, WBAB/BLI, Hot 97 major recording studios and theatre groups are just a small sample of the many companies that have offered incredible experiences for our students.
Students can access jobs, internships, community service and work study opportunities through the FTC Career Services Job Opportunities Site on the College’s Learning Management Software, Canvas.
