J-Term (Winter) Registration begins on October 31st, 2022 for Seniors.

Classes start January 4th, 2023

Our J-Term is a three-week session that runs from January 4th through January 25th, 2023 offering both on ground and online courses. Students are permitted to take up to 3 credits during this accelerated 3-week session. At only $228 a credit, students can affordably benefit from taking a course over the winter break. Additionally, course fees are waived with the exclusion of Private Music Lessons and Independent Study Arrangements.

Students most likely to benefit from taking a J-Term course are those that fall into the following categories;

  1. A student with 3 credits or less remaining to complete their degree;

Depending on the course you have remaining to complete your degree, you may have the opportunity to finish in the winter intersession.

  1. Preparing to Graduate in the following semester;

A student with more than 15 credits who needs to graduate in the following Spring semester.

  1. To catch up on lost credit

Regaining credit lost from withdrawing/failing a course in the Fall term.

INTERESTED IN J-TERM (WINTER) HOUSING? CONTACT THE OFFICE OF RESIDENCE LIFE

On-campus housing is available for any student taking at least one on-ground class during the J-Term. At the cost of $1,100, students may reside in the residence halls for the duration of J-Term classes. A meal plan is not included, and our food services will be operating on a limited schedule.
