The Guitar Extravaganza with Pete Rogine and his talented students are in top form for a great night of entertainment at the Performing Arts Center stage.

Imagine a place where you can witness the music of Al Valenti, Django Reinhardt, jazz guitarists of the 1950’s Johnny Smith and Barney Kessel, Tony Mottola and his great sidemen, and the legendary vocalists and their guitar accompanists. Think Peggy Lee and Dave Barbour.

Recreations of guitar history take place at each Guitar Extravaganza. We perform material from the entire spectrum of the Great American Songbook.

We also add a nice touch of Brazilian Bossa Nova, plus exciting new material never heard live before, and you will enjoy an evening that is truly unforgettable.

Director Peter Rogine makes this promise, “The show will have something for everyone and this presentation will be the best ever! Come support music that is played with sensitivity, professionalism and integrity. Be one of our Guitar Supporter’s Community and share the musical joy of our students and their commitment to excellence in music!”

After the show, join us for refreshments and a display of Classic Jazz Guitars courtesy of Aiello Guitars. You’ll be surrounded by rare ephemera and memorabilia, with the chance to speak with the performing artists and other guitar enthusiasts.

Ask anyone who has ever attended a previous Guitar Extravaganza about their excitement at the performances. Got a guitar? How can you not be there? If you have ever been to a Guitar Extravaganza, be sure to bring your favorite friends who love guitar!
